What animals will we meet?
Each encounter typically includes 8–10 exotic animals. The exact animals can vary depending on their health, welfare and availability.

Can we hold and touch the animals?
Yes, where appropriate. We encourage safe, supervised hands-on interaction, but nobody is ever pressured to participate.

How long does an encounter last?
Community Encounters are typically 1 hour, while standard private encounters are 1.5 hours, with longer packages available.

What ages are your encounters suitable for?
Our encounters can be adapted for different ages, abilities and group types.

Do you travel to us?
Yes! We bring the experience directly to your venue. Travel within 10 miles of Loughborough is free, with mileage charges beyond this.

Are you insured and licensed?
Yes, we are fully insured and licensed to provide exotic animal encounters. Please contact us for specific documentation if required.

What happens if an animal cannot attend?
Animal welfare always comes first. In rare cases where an animal cannot attend due to health or welfare concerns, we will provide a suitable alternative or adjust the encounter as needed.

What concerns do customers often have before booking?
Customers can sometimes feel nervous about safety, handling the animals, allergies, fears or whether the experience will suit their child or group. We reassure guests by explaining that all interactions are carefully supervised, nobody is ever forced to touch or hold an animal, and each encounter is adapted to the group’s age, confidence and individual needs. We also make it clear that animal welfare and guest safety always come first, so everyone can enjoy the experience at their own pace.

Before your encounter, please let us know about any additional needs, allergies, fears or accessibility requirements so we can tailor the experience to your group.

What should we do during the encounter?
During the session, we ask everyone to listen to the handler, follow the handling guidance and treat our animals with respect. Nobody has to touch or hold an animal if they don’t want to — watching is just as welcome! Most importantly, ask questions, get involved and have fun! 🐍🦎💚
