Our animals are at the heart of everything we do. Their health, welfare and comfort will always come before an encounter.
Prioritising animal well-being
We carefully manage handling, provide appropriate rest periods and monitor every animal throughout our sessions. No animal is ever forced to participate, and if we feel an animal needs a break or shouldn’t attend an encounter, their needs come first — every time.
Our commitment to happy, healthy animals
We put animal welfare first at all times. Our animals receive appropriate housing, heating, lighting, nutrition and enrichment based on their individual needs. We regularly monitor their health and behaviour, carefully manage handling and provide plenty of rest between encounters. Animals are never forced to participate, and if one shows signs that it needs a break, it is immediately given the time and space it needs.
Specialised care for every creature
Each of our animals receives care tailored to their individual species and needs. This includes specialist diets, correct heating and lighting, suitable enclosures, enrichment and regular health monitoring. We also carefully manage how often each animal participates in encounters, provide rest and rotation between sessions, and continually monitor their behaviour. If an animal isn’t comfortable or simply isn’t having a good day, they get the day off — their welfare always comes before a booking.
